These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of iNNECH websites, products, and services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Services

  • You must have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
  • You will provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and our acceptable use policies.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant iNNECH a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

3. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Both parties agree to protect such information and use it only as needed to provide or receive the Services.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

iNNECH handles personal data in line with applicable data protection and privacy laws in India and in any other jurisdictions where we operate. Details about how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

iNNECH and its licensors own all rights in the Services and related materials. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

6. Fees & Taxes

Fees are due as stated in the applicable order or plan. Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable taxes, duties, or levies. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and for providing any information required for compliant invoicing under Indian tax laws.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iNNECH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate access if the other materially breaches these Terms and does not cure within a reasonable period.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (India)

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to any mandatory law to the contrary, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of iNNECH's registered office in India (currently Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India).

Where mutually agreed in writing, the parties may refer disputes to arbitration in India in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
